Same day Cancellations that occur during a weekend or major holiday are non-refundable. A credit will only be given for future use and incur and $25 rebooking fee.

Unused credits issued qualifying for future use will be valid/expire @ 90 days; Credits issued will be for store credit only,no refunds/cash value; Any store credits/transactions not redeemed after 90 days will be considered abandoned & non-refundable

Reservations that occur during a normal weekday are subject to $25 cancellation fee per hour purchased.

No calls or no shows will be be charged the full reservation amount for jet ski rental services.

Arrivals more than 30 mins late than reservation time are subject to a $25 reschedule fee and is based on availability.

Modifications or changes to a existing reservation will incur a $25 service fee.

Split payments using more than one payment method will incur a $25 service fee

Manual reservations booked by phone with a agent will incur a $25 non refundable booking fee.
