Before making a reservation, we recommend checking the real-time weather updates on our website. Our integrated weather widget provides the latest weather conditions for the Houston, Clear Lake, and Galveston areas.

Free Rescheduling for Inclement Weather

If severe weather conditions impact your scheduled rental, we offer rescheduling options for your convenience.

⏳ Rescheduling Policy

72 Hours Notice: Customers can reschedule for free if they notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking.
Less than 72 Hours Notice: A $25 rebooking fee will apply for last-minute schedule changes.
Same-Day Weather Cancellations: If we determine that the weather is too dangerous, we will issue a credit for future use at no additional cost.

What Weather Conditions Qualify for a Reschedule?

✅ Heavy Rainfall – Continuous or extreme rainstorms that affect visibility and safety.
✅ High Winds – Wind speeds over 20 mph, making jet ski operation unsafe.
✅ Thunderstorms & Lightning – Severe weather that poses a safety risk.
✅ Coast Guard Advisories – If local authorities issue boating advisories, we follow their guidance.

⚠️ Light Rain Does Not Qualify for Free Rescheduling

Light rain or brief showers do not impact jet ski operation and are not eligible for free rescheduling.
If you prefer to reschedule due to light rain, the standard $25 rebooking fee applies.

What Happens If Bad Weather Occurs During Your Rental?

If severe weather strikes while you’re already on the water, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Return to the marina immediately for safety.
2️⃣ Our team will pause your rental time until the weather improves.
3️⃣ Once conditions are safe, your remaining rental time will restart so you can enjoy the full experience.

Standard Cancellation Policy vs. Weather Cancellations Policies

If you need to cancel for reasons unrelated to weather, our General Cancellation Policies applies.

Same-day cancellations (non-weather-related) are non-refundable.
Standard cancellations within 72 hours of booking may incur a fee.
Weather-related reschedules do not result in refunds but will qualify for future credits.
