How to Secure Your Jet Ski Rental Reservation

To reserve a jet ski, full payment of the rental amount plus the required deposit is due in advance. This applies to all riders and must be completed online or by phone.

✅ Book Online for Free – No additional booking fees! ✅ Book by Phone – Call 832-495-7312 (A $25 service fee applies for phone reservations.) ✅ Cash Payments – Accepted with a non-refundable $25 booking fee per jet ski. The remaining balance is due before your ride.

Advance Reservations are highly recommended during peak season (May–September) and major holidays, as slots fill up quickly.

Jet Ski Rental Payment & Deposit Requirements

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. However, pre-paid credit/debit or gift cards are not accepted.

  • Split Payments: If using multiple payment methods (cash + card or multiple cards), a $25 service fee per transaction will apply.

  • Modifications to Reservations: Any changes to an existing reservation will incur a $25 modification fee.

Reservation Confirmation & Launch Location

After successfully making a reservation for jet ski rental, you will receive:

  • An automated booking confirmation via text message

  • Directions to the jet ski launch point

📍 Important Notice: The online service address (4915 East NASA Parkway, Seabrook, TX) is not the jet ski launch point. The launch site is approximately less than 0.25 mile away and will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • General Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 7 Days in advance to avoid penalties.

  • No-Show Penalty: If you fail to arrive for your reserved jet ski rental, the full reservation amount will be charged.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply (subject to availability).
