We reserve the right to enforce our General Cancellation Policy.

Same-Day, Weekday, Weekend & Holiday Cancellations
🚫 Same-day cancellations that occur on weekday, weekends or major holidays are non-refundable.
✅ A store credit will be issued for future use, subject to a $25 rebooking fee.
⏳ Store credits expire after 90 days and hold no cash value & are non-transferable. Any unused credits after 90 days will be considered abandoned and non-refundable.
Cancellations Eligible for Partial refund with advance notice
Reservations that occur during a normal weekday (excluding holidays) are subject to $25 cancellation fee per hour purchased with 7 days prior advance notice. (Cancelations are billed at 1 hour minimum increments)
Cancellations for Reservations with Insufficient Funds
We reserve the right to enforce our General Cancellation Policy & refuse service to guests who make reservations with insufficient funds.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
❌ No-call, no-show reservations will be charged the full reservation amount with no refund or credit.
⏰ Late arrivals (more than 30 minutes past reservation time) will incur a $25 rescheduling fee (subject to availability).
Reservation Modifications & Additional Fees
✏️ Changes to an existing reservation for future rescheduling or adding a required rental deposit will incur a $25 service fee.
💳 Split payments using multiple payment methods outside of the original payment method will include a $25 processing fee.
📞 Manual reservations made via phone will require a $25 non-refundable booking fee.
🖥️ Reservations booked online via our website are FREE and do not incur additional fees.
